Dr. Zupnik obtained his B.S. degree from the University of Maryland. He graduated magna cum laude from the College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland. He continued his Periodontal Certificate training at the Dental School, University of Maryland.
Dr. Zupnik is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Patuxent Dental Society, Progressive Study Club. Most recently, Dr. Zupnik was committee chair for the AAP's The New Generation, and oversaw the seminar "Bridging the Gap" at the 2003 meeting in San Francisco.
Dr. Zupnik enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid mountain biker.
